Hello, and welcome to my profile.

I am an experienced Business Lecturer in the UK with several years of experience teaching and assessing Higher Education students on Pearson HND Business programmes. I specialise in subjects including Marketing, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Management, Digital Marketing, Research Projects, and Business Strategy.

My academic background includes an MSc in Management, and I also hold professional qualifications in teaching, assessment, and internal quality assurance. Alongside my teaching role, I serve as a Lead Internal Verifier, ensuring assessment quality, consistency, and compliance with awarding body requirements.

I understand that every student learns differently. Therefore, I adapt my teaching approach to suit individual learning styles, academic goals, and levels of confidence. Whether you need support understanding business concepts, improving academic writing, preparing for assessments, or completing assignments, I provide structured guidance in a supportive and professional learning environment.

My lessons are designed to build both subject knowledge and confidence. I use clear explanations, practical business examples, and interactive discussions to help students understand complex topics and apply their learning effectively.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is learner-centred, interactive, and tailored to the individual needs of each student. I believe that learners achieve the best outcomes when complex concepts are broken down into clear, practical examples that relate to real-world business situations. I encourage active participation through discussion, questioning, case studies, and problem-solving activities to build both knowledge and confidence.

My teaching methodology focuses on understanding key concepts first and then applying them to assignments, assessments, and workplace scenarios. I support students in developing critical thinking, academic writing, research skills, and subject-specific knowledge. Where appropriate, I use visual aids, structured notes, practice activities, and formative feedback to monitor progress and address learning gaps.

A typical lesson lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged depending on the learner's requirements. Lessons can be delivered online, offering flexibility and convenience for students.

I am an experienced Business Lecturer in the UK, teaching and assessing Pearson HND Level 4 and Level 5 Business programmes. I also have experience as a Lead Internal Verifier, supporting quality assurance and assessment processes. My qualifications include an MSc in Management, Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), Assessor qualifications, and Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.

My lessons are suitable for Higher Education students studying HND Business, undergraduate business-related programmes, and adult learners returning to education.
