About Graham
So from a very young age I've always been interested in the culinary arts. I remember watching every cookery show on TV that I could possibly see. I enrolled into college in Galway and after that got my first job as a commis chef. I worked my way up through the ranks and became a head chef and worked in many places. The reason I want to do this is one of the more rewarding areas of my job when I ran kitchens was passing on my knowledge to young chefs who were starting out and even not so young chefs who wanted to improve. I would like to continue doing that on hopefully a bigger scale.

The lessons will range from beginner level who have never held a knife to people who really enjoy cooking but would like to take their skills to the next level. Classes will be between 1-2 hours long depending on the objective of the lesson that day. I've been head chef of restaurants and have a wealth of knowledge to pass on to aspiring students. As someone who has come up through the ranks in a professional kitchen I understand the need for patience so all questions are welcomed and as the saying goes there's no such thing as a stupid question. All age ranges welcome and all skill level welcome. You will be sent a curriculum based on your skill level and/or preferred topic. For example i have a begginers curriculum for people brand new or if your more interested in learning something more specific to your needs i can develop a personal curriculum based solely around what you want.
