About Marianna
With a background in physiotherapy, massage, dance, fitness, and personal experience with injuries, I’ve learned that training doesn’t have to be hard, painful, or boring.
My goal is to motivate and inspire you to feel more confident in your body, develop a better connection with it, and discover what you are truly capable of.
I believe movement should be enjoyable, accessible, and adapted to you as an individual. Together, we can explore what your body can do, build strength and confidence, go beyond the limits you thought you had.
