When we started our sessions, I was quite new to a real leadership role and whilst I was doing ok, I didn’t really have the tools or abilities to thrive, prosper or advance any further. Likewise, my career was seemingly on a decent track, but in reality I was making it up as I went along without any real strategic focus or understanding of how I could achieve my goals.

This has all changed now thanks to Tom. It feels like a whole new universe has opened up for me, and in many ways I feel like a different person.

Beforehand, I was a little sceptical about career / executive coaching and was also a little embarrassed about being honest about my weaknesses, fears and ambitions. That all changed almost immediately with Tom as he made me feel so comfortable, and put everything in a really clear context.

Tom has helped me to improve my English so much. We started lessons when I had a very basic level and now I speak English every day at work and can also have conversations with my English friends about all kinds of things.

Before meeting Tom, I had studied English at school and in other classes, but I always struggled to improve my level. Tom understood this and found ways to help me.

Without Tom, I would never have been able to use English so much in my job. I really recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their English.

Tom has been a fantastic tutor to me and has helped me to improve my English a lot. As well as speaking, listening, reading, writing vocabulary and grammar, he has also helped me to improve my confidence using English.

Tom is really friendly and understanding – he always makes the lessons fun and interesting.

He also has a lot of knowledge so we can talk about and cover many different topics. We studied a lot of useful things for business and my career, but he also helped me with my English for travelling, watching films and talking with people about many different topics.
