About Lena
I’m an English tutor with over 3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Professional Writing. I am passionate about helping young learners develop early literacy, a love of reading, and storytelling skills. I work with emergent readers and early elementary students, focusing on reading comprehension, phonological awareness, and vocabulary growth.
I make lessons fun and interactive using picture books, creative play, and engaging storytelling activities. Children explore plots, characters, and ideas while building critical thinking skills.
