Banjaxed! We decided to discontinue English tutoring for our daughter after several sessions.

Much of the lesson content appeared heavily text-based, with significant time spent typing during sessions rather than engaging in live discussion and feedback. At times, some written material appeared to be AI-generated or copied and pasted directly into the lesson.

In addition, when we requested a refund for two remaining unused lessons that had neither been taken nor scheduled, we were informed that the funds could only be held as credit for six months, despite no clear refund policy having been provided to us beforehand regarding unused lessons.

Based on our experience, I would encourage parents to carefully evaluate the tutor’s qualifications, teaching style, and refund policies before making a commitment.
