About Layla
I am passionate about teaching languages. I am currently teaching ESOL every week for refugees in my area. I then teach other days of the week French and Arabic non-speakers of these languages. This is all within London area. I hold a masters degree in Arabic teaching with distinction.
I mix between volunteer teaching and paid teaching. That way even the less fortunate get an opportunity to learn a language.
I am flexible in my teaching as I discuss the teaching plan with the learner prior to the commencement of the course.
I am flexible and teach weekdays and weekends. I live in a modern residence with meeting rooms available where I hold my in person teaching. The room needs to be booked in advance.
I'm currently teaching ESOL for refugees and French and Arabic at an adult learning centre in London.

I use personalised teaching methods taking into account differentiation when a less able learner mixes with more able ones.
I also ensure everyone is involved during class tasks. I teach in centre as well as online or hybrid whenever a learner is held up by an important commitment. That way everyone is up-to-date. started teaching ESOL since 2018 to present. I have also taught in the Sahara desert of Algeria as an ESOL, French and Arabic lecturer to different members of staff at an oil and gas company.
