About Victoria

I am a qualified and experienced teacher with a strong interest in politics, current affairs, and helping students develop confidence in discussing and analysing complex issues. I enjoy teaching Politics because it encourages students to think critically about the world around them and to engage with important questions about power, democracy, rights, and society.

I have experience supporting students with political ideologies, political systems, essay-writing, and analytical skills, and I understand that many students can initially find Politics challenging because of the amount of content, specialist vocabulary, and abstract ideas involved. My aim is to make these concepts clear, relevant, and accessible while helping students build confidence in expressing their own arguments and interpretations.

My lessons are calm, supportive, and discussion-based, with a strong focus on helping students structure clear analytical essays and develop independent thinking skills. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas openly.

I love teaching Politics because it is a subject that constantly connects to real-world events and encourages students to become informed, thoughtful, and confident individuals. It is incredibly rewarding to see students develop stronger opinions, sharper analytical skills, and greater confidence in debating and writing about political issues. Hello! I am a qualified and experienced teacher offering supportive and engaging online Politics tuition for A Level students.

I specialise in helping students understand political ideas, institutions, and current affairs while developing the essay-writing and analytical skills needed for exam success. I aim to make Politics accessible, interesting, and relevant to the world students see around them every day.
