I have a Bachelors (BA (Ed)) degree and experience in training adults for almost 30 years. I love to facilitate on facilitation, assessment and especially Recognition for Prior Learning as this will assist others to improve their skills in teaching and assessment.

I love to facilitate skills using the workplace experience from others as well as myself and of course the academic foundation that forms the basis of everything. My methodology includes ice-breakers and working from the unknown to the known (no spoon-feeding) to motivate my learners to stay connected and intriqued by the wonders of learning.
