About Paulina
I am qualified personal trainer, class and fitness instructor who once fell in love with exercise 6 years ago. I had chance to meet people of different sport backgrounds to notice after few years of being in the industry, how irrelevant the generally accepted guidance for new workforce can be with specific goal set and how differenciate between general and specific. Hiw build programmes for general fitness with emphasizing weaker areas. How to build the intensity of class, how to tailor great pump, lbt, abs, circuit,aerobics, stretching class.
