About Ines

I have been baking at home for 10 years and based on French family recipes I have experience baking all the classics: choux pastry (éclairs), cakes, fruit tarts, meringues, creams, mousses and many others. Any time someone tries my baking they are floored at the quality of the bakes. I have experience in academic tutoring so I will be able to explain the process step by step to help you impress your family and friends with your bakes!

About the lesson

I base my classes on fun and challenge, if you've never baked before you might think making choux pastry is an impossible challenge but by coaching you every step of the way I will show you it is completely possible. I also want to tailor my recipes to your needs, less sugar, particular flavour favourites etc.
