About Eion
Eion has been lucky to enjoy a wide musical education throughout his life, having attended the Northern College Of The Arts where he learned music performance. He is a well-rounded contemporary guitarist and bassist with years of experience playing at live venues. I have a fully equipped studio that I have access to which includes numerous guitars, basses, amps as well as a full P.A system a drum set, piano and more!

I like to mix an orthodox approach with more creative and progressive teaching methods. Rewarding each and every incremental step towards the learning process is a core belief of mine, which helps students to uncover their own abilities and strengths to eventually teach themselves to grow and flourish. As an adept rock bassist and guitarist, I am also well versed in contemporary music, including composition. I have played music which includes pieces from jazz composers such as Miles Davis, Classical composers such as Bach and rock musicians like Jimi Hendrix. You can be sure in receiving a comprehensive education which covers the foundations of music - the 'nuts and bolts' - giving you the confidence and knowledge needed to succeed in your musical aspirations. I'm happy to teach reading and writing but also technique, scales or just simply songs if that's what you're after, from beginners up to advanced.
