MEET YOUR GUITAR COACH

I first picked up a guitar in the mid-90s. Like a lot of guys, I just wanted to be in a band.

What started as messing around in a bedroom turned into something that stuck for the next 30 odd years! Gigs, festivals, awards, late nights, practice rooms. The whole lot.

But here’s what matters more.

Over the last two decades, I’ve worked with hundreds of men who didn’t need inspiration — they needed direction.

Most of them weren’t beginners.

They’d played before. Sometimes for years.
But they felt stuck. Rusty. Inconsistent.
Not sure what to practise. Not sure if they were doing it right.

And got quietly frustrated because they cared.

I’ve seen the same pattern over and over:

Too much information

Not enough structure

Practice without progress

Motivation that fades

Confidence that comes and goes

My work isn’t about fast, flashy licks or impressing anyone.

It’s about helping you:

rebuild solid foundations

practise with clarity

fix what’s actually holding you back

feel competent again

About the lesson

Most guitar players I work with aren’t beginners.

They’ve played before. Sometimes for years.

But life got busy.
Practice became inconsistent.
And now nothing feels solid.

You sit down with the guitar and:

watch videos but still feel stuck

start again… then drift again

It’s not a talent issue.
And it’s not a motivation problem either.

You need a clear approach, honest feedback, and a way of practising guitar that actually fits your life now — not the one you had all those years ago.
