With over 4 years of experience, I specialise in preparing guitarists for professional performance and creative careers. I hold a DMA in Guitar Performance, which informs my teaching approach. My lessons focus on high-level preparation for touring auditions, studio work, and composition programmes. I understand the expectations of these fields.
I emphasise technical control and musical clarity in every lesson. We refine tone, timing, and phrasing. At the same time, I help you build your artistic voice. This creates a strong musical identity.
I guide students through audition preparation with detailed feedback and mock performances. This builds confidence and readiness. I also prepare students for recording sessions, focusing on precision and adaptability. These are essential skills.

I focus on helping you develop your creativity and turn ideas into original music on the guitar. We begin with core skills such as chords, rhythm, and technique. These are essential. Then we build from there.
Songwriting is a key part of my teaching. I guide you in creating chord progressions that fit your style. You will learn how to choose chords with purpose. This shapes your music.
I also teach how to write lyrics that connect with your sound. You will learn to match words with melody. This builds strong musical ideas. Your songs feel more complete.
We also work on arranging acoustic pieces. I show you how to layer sounds and structure your playing. This creates depth. Your performance improves.
My lessons include creative tasks and feedback. I support your growth step by step. You will feel confident exploring ideas. Together, we create music.
