About Ismail

I am a regular Thai boxing guy who was training for 4 years. Then I turned to bodybuilding and made huge progress over these 2 years. Because sometimes we need to change our life in different ways.

About the lesson

Private tutoring allows you to concentrate on one specific student, also it helps the student to understand everything better when it is one-to-one. I am not here just for showing exercises, but also to support your goals, keep up motivation, and maintain your discipline.
