About Alida
I am Canadian gymnast who competed at the National level until the age of 19. From that point, I went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and have now completed my Master's degree in Physiotherapy. I have 12 years of coaching experience teaching infant to adults at both the recreational and competitive levels.

Deadly! Absolutely brilliant; super friendly and professional and certainly knows her stuff. Can't recommend highly enough. Will be booking weekly sessions.

Alida has coached me for 5 years! She is a very helpful and patient coach. She is a very approachable person and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the sport and is able to give you advice with anything you may need!
Alida was my gymnastics coach for 2 years, and even when she wasn’t my coach anymore she was always there to help. She helped me move up in the sport and learn new progressions for the skills I had goals of achieving. :)
