About Nicole

I am a person of influence and authority in bridge (English Bridge Union 2021) and have been organising bridge games since 2000.

I have represented England twice at international women's teams events, and captained teams in leagues playing at the highest level in London and Essex. I have participated in bridge tournaments in Hong Kong, Colombia, Turkey, Tahiti, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, England, Scotland, NZ and Australia.

My bridge teaching experience has included beginners, coaching squads, supervising student players and teaching directors to administrate and officiate organised competitions. Since lockdown I have helped thousands of players to enjoy bridge playing online as well as in-person.

In 2023, I am starting to focus on tutoring and bridge programmes that increasing opportunities for women and children to enjoy the game too.

I have successfully launched and marketed a bridge scoring App to help bridge clubs shift from pen & paper and old technology to easy, scoring when playing in-person games anywhere.

About the lesson

Whether you already know a little or alot about the game of bridge, together we can help you set goals and take positive steps towards achieving performance success.

My sessions are perfect if would also like to improve your spoken English language or numeracy and you are a speaker of Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French.

Or if you would simply like company as you keep the brain cells ticking! More sociable than sudoku or candy crush!

Together we will learn, practice and laugh. We will use technology in our sessions to give you practical tools to play for FREE away from tuition time. In person we will combine technology and playing two handed bridge with cards to develop your skills.

Details

Travel expenses at £5 per 20 km to come to your preferred location if more than 30km away.

The first session will be free and will comprise 30 minutes of lesson/play and up to 30 minutes of chat about what you are looking for and feedback on progression.
