About Janke
I’ve been competing in javelin at a high level for over 7 years, during which I broke provincial records and won the South African Javelin Championships multiple times. Alongside my athletic career, I’ve coached athletes aged 12 to 25, helping them develop their skills, improve technique, and reach their competitive goals.
