About Mykola
Hey! I'm Nick, guitar player with years of experience. I began my musical journey playing tenor horn and trombone at the age of 8, but after a few years, I switched to guitar and never looked back as I fell in love with the instrument.
I'm currently a student at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (Cardiff) and a graduate of the Music Academy in Kyiv. I have the privilege of studying with some of the best British jazz musicians, and I recently attended a jazz summer school, learning from top jazz musicians from the USA. While busy with my studies, I perform regularly and have had the opportunity to play at venues like Flute & Tankard, Porter's, RWCMD, St George's (Bristol), São Luiz Teatro Municipal (Lisbon), and more.

In my approach to lessons, I focus on what you want to learn and your specific goals. My lessons are ideal for those looking to start their journey in jazz or take their skills to the next level. Although with a strong background in rock music and experience as a classical tenor horn player, I'm open to any requests, regardless of the music genre!
In our lessons, we will cover topics such as soloing/improvisation, technique, harmony, comping, composition, and more.
