I have taught junior- high English for seven years, am part of a school district writing assessment team, have a Masters Degree in education, and am licensed to teach English by the State of Nebraska. I have a lot of writing experience as a former school principal and superintendent.

Using primarily email for communication and exchanges of documents (parents always copied), I will assess student’s understanding and use of correct, effective writing according to the 6+1 Traits of Writing and guide students through practice exercises and demonstrations to a higher level of confidence and proficiency.
