With over 14 years of experience in Training, Learning, and Development, I am a seasoned Director of Training with a passion for empowering others through impactful and transformative learning experiences. My journey began in the hotel industry—starting as a housekeeper, advancing to Front Desk Agent, then Training Officer, and ultimately leading multi-property learning initiatives as a Director. This path taught me the value of resilience, adaptability, and people-first leadership.
