About Meghan
I am a student, fresh out of college with lots of experience and knowledge to share! Several years ago, I received my high school diploma and have spent the last two and a half years taking all kinds of classes at several college campuses. During this time I have learned lots of skills that apply to a wide variety of disciplines. I have also spent a vast portion of my free time educating myself within the realms of spirituality, health, wellness, personal development, sustainability, gardening, and much more! I am passionate about learning, and about sharing what I have learned and experienced thus far. I know that I can help enrich you in many ways

I give coaching and lessons to anyone who needs it, no degree or previous experience required. All of my teaching comes from experience, thorough research, and several years upon the self development and expansion path. I give practical skills, tools, journal prompts, exploratory assignments, and more for you to learn through. All of the things I provide can be implemented by yourself in real world situations and in your personal life The structure of the lesson or teaching will vary depending upon the subject and what is most relevant for the individuals I am assisting.
