About Janice
I'm a mentor, consultant and transformation specialist with over 25 years of experience helping people and businesses navigate change, overcome challenges and move forwards with confidence.
My mentoring has been shaped not only by my professional career, but also by rebuilding my own life through serious illness, adversity and numerous major life changes. Those experiences taught me that lasting change doesn't come from motivation alone. It comes from having a clear structure, practical guidance and the willingness to take the next step.
People describe me as honest, supportive, practical and someone who challenges their thinking in a positive way. My goal is never to tell you what you want to hear, but to help you see what's possible and give you the tools and confidence to build a stronger future.

Life can change in an instant through illness, loss, relationship breakdown, burnout, career changes or other major life events. My mentoring is designed to help you understand where you are, decide what to do next and move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Unlike traditional coaching, I don't leave you to figure everything out alone. I provide practical guidance, structured frameworks and clear next steps that help you rebuild your identity and your life in a realistic and sustainable way.
Every session is tailored to your individual circumstances. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about the future, we'll work together to create practical solutions that you can immediately begin putting into practice.
I bring over 25 years of business experience, a BA (Hons) in English & Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Leadership and, most importantly, decades of real-life experience rebuilding my own life through serious illness, adversity and major life challenges.
Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the mentoring package selected.
Most sessions are held online and are suitable for adults looking for practical support, honest guidance and lasting change.

My hourly rate is shown to meet the Superprof format, however I also offer structured mentoring packages designed to provide greater support and lasting results.
Every person's circumstances are different, so we'll discuss the most appropriate option during our introductory session.
My aim isn't simply to provide advice, but to help you create lasting change through practical guidance, clear frameworks and ongoing support where needed.
