About Vishaanth

Hello, my name is Vishaanth Narayan. I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology and have several years of professional experience in network support, telecommunications, and customer service.

I previously worked as a Level 2 NOC Technical Officer at Fiji International Telecommunications Ltd (FINTEL), where I was responsible for network monitoring, ISP support, troubleshooting WAN and Ethernet connectivity issues, configuring customer equipment, and working with Cisco routers, switches, and Fortinet firewalls.

My experience includes TCP/IP networking, routing and switching, network diagnostics, fiber optic support, and customer technical support. I enjoy helping students understand networking concepts in a practical and easy-to-follow way by connecting theory with real-world industry examples.

Whether you are a beginner learning networking fundamentals, an IT student preparing for exams, or someone looking to develop practical networking skills, I am committed to helping you achieve your learning goals with personalized and engaging lessons.
