About Arian
I empower students instead of discouraging them. I am passionate about teaching and hope to produce the best nurses on the floor. I have an open-door policy and encourage students to ask the questions they don't feel comfortable asking in class. I encourage students to make mistakes and ask the questions they are afraid to ask because they are learning. Don't be hard on yourself! Turn each challenge into a lesson to help you grow!
