About Hema
Hello, I am a qualified and highly experienced Primary Teacher with over 15 years of teaching across the full Primary Curriculum, including EYFS, Key Stages 1 and 2. For the past three years, I've been working full-time as a private tutor, supporting a wide range of learners, including preparing children for 11+ examination, teaching those who are home-schooled and teaching children with special educational needs (SEN).

I offer tailored support in the following areas: Phonics Screening, KS1 and KS2 SATs, 11+ and 13+ Exam Preparation, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, Maths, and English (including creative writing, comprehension, spelling, punctuation, and grammar). I am familiar with preparing children for 11+ examinations across Hertfordshire, North London and Cambridge and offer both online and face-to-face lessons. My lessons are creative, engaging, and individually tailored to suit your child's unique learning style and interests. Most importantly, I focus on building your child's confidence, helping them feel motivated and ready to succeed.
