About Theresa
I am a Traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho Master and Teacher, as well as a Crystal Reiki Master, based in Langebaan, Western Cape. I run a beautiful healing practice where I work with clients in-person and also offer distance Reiki sessions.
Over time, clients have shared that what makes my work special is my genuine care, warmth and the deep sense of peace they feel in my presence. This is something I bring into my teaching as well.
My intention is not only to teach Reiki, but to guide students into truly living with more awareness, compassion and love in their everyday lives.

My Reiki Level 1 training is a structured, guided course offered either in-person or online. I teach in English and create a calm, supportive environment where you can feel at ease learning something new.
My approach is gentle, grounded and practical. I focus on helping you truly understand and experience Reiki, not just learn the theory. You will be guided step by step through energy awareness, hand positions and how to use Reiki in your daily life.
Each course includes an initial Reiki session so you can first experience the energy, followed by your attunements at the end of day one. Day two focuses on integration, self-Reiki and simple Reiki-based relaxation techniques to help you feel confident using what you have learned.
The course also includes a manual, as well as guided self-treatment and grounding meditations to support your practice beyond the training.
This training is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone feeling drawn to deepen their connection to Reiki in a meaningful and supported way.

The Reiki Level 1 course is typically completed over 2 days (approximately 12 hours in total). It includes a complimentary 1-hour Reiki session (valued at R600), as part of the training experience.
