About Lakshan
I’m Lakshan, a Software Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience developing web and mobile applications across education, finance, and technology sectors. I hold a Master’s degree in Computing and Technology from Northumbria University, London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of technologies including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, React.js, Laravel, Flutter, and Python, as well as integrating tools such as Stripe payments and scheduling platforms. I’ve built and maintained systems used by thousands of users, and I enjoy bringing real-world industry insight into my teaching. I am passionate about helping students and professionals build confidence in Computer Science and coding. Whether it’s preparing for exams, tackling assignments, or learning how to design a real-world application, I bring both practical know-how and patient, step-by-step guidance. Outside of coding, I’m curious about problem-solving, productivity, and how technology can be used to make everyday life easier.
