About Clive
After a lifetime of writing songs for myself and others in a variety of styles including Pop, Rock, Jazz, Dance, Reggae and Classical, I have learnt what goes into a song and what makes it attractive to myself and others. Being able to help people find that in their own creations is what I teach. Everyone has something unique to offer, its just being able to present it in the right way.

I teach how to improve and harness your creativity. I show you how to let your ideas flow and when to take a break. How to make a good idea into a great song.
In a session that usually lasts 1 hour I share techniques that you can apply to both new and old songs. If you have a particular song you need to finish or improve I can help with that too.
I am the author of a book on song writing called 'Writing Your Dream Song'. I have written for bands and solo performers over the last 40 years. I have recorded and played live with bands in the UK, Ireland and the USA.
Whether you are a novice or a professional I can help you get better results.
