About Margarita
Hola! I’m a Spanish teacher with over a decade of experience, and I’ve lived in the UK for 11 years. Having taught GCSE, A-Level, and International Baccalaureate, I know the national curriculum inside out — and my students consistently achieve excellent results. My lessons are practical, engaging, and focused on real communication, especially helping learners excel in speaking papers. I also offer cultural immersion for expats, as well as for anyone with a second home in Spain or Latin America who wants to feel confident and connected in everyday life. Whether you’re studying for exams or learning for personal growth, my approach makes Spanish enjoyable, relevant, and effective!

I focus strongly on oral communication — adapting each session to exam specifications for students, or to the real-life needs of adults. At the same time, I make sure to cover other key skills such as grammar and vocabulary, since they support confident speaking. DUring my lessons you will find:
-Communicative Approach – Lessons focus on real-life speaking situations to build confidence and fluency.
- Exam-Oriented Practice – For GCSE, A-Level, and IB students, tasks are adapted to match exam specifications, with special attention to speaking papers.
-Cultural Immersion – Topics include everyday life, traditions, and current affairs from Spain and Latin America, helping learners connect language to culture.
