About Will
I have been working as an educator, on a voluntary and professional basis, since I was about 14 years old! My main experience is in special educational needs education and teaching English as an additional language.
I am currently studying for my Masters degree in Philosophy and Contemporary Critical Theory at the Centre for Research into Modern European Philosophy.

In my experience, the learning process varies wildly between students. Teaching in schools for young people with special education needs and emotional and behavioural problems taught me how to patiently approach each student according to their own personal needs. Whilst standardised testing cannot be avoided in our education system, I believe every student has their own way of developing the relevant skills, and I make it my duty to help them find this path without compromising either their personality or academic rigour.
