About Victoria
Hi my name is Victoria and I am looking forward to working with you. I am an experienced teacher of English and have been fortunate enough to teach in a variety of schools in the Devon area as well as in the Middle East, mainly Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I returned to the UK 3 and a half years ago and have enjoyed working as a GCSE English Literature examiner for the AQA exam board as well as a private tutor of English with excellent results. Whilst English has always been my favourite subject to learn and to teach I appreciate that this does not apply to everyone. As an experienced Teacher of English, I enjoy working with students to build on their literacy skills to reach and then exceed their potential in line with their school targets. As an experienced AQA examiner I also enjoy working with students studying for their GCSE and A level exams to reach their predicted grades or higher.
