I am more than a teacher. I have been teaching for over ten years using ABCD learning strategy. ABCD requires attention to audience (who I am teaching), behavior (why are they acquiring English skills), conditions (are they willing to learn) and degree (what are their skills level). This is perfect for elementary and adult learners. My lesson structure begins with assessing acquired skills to create an individualized learning plan, developing learning material and incorporating study skills. Learning plans are developed using my instructional design skills to develop Powerpoint slides, worksheets, homework assignments.
