About Becky
I enjoy teaching English because I find it meaningful to help people communicate more confidently and connect with others through language. I like seeing students grow in confidence and start to express themselves more naturally over time.
I have a strong interest in science, psychology, art, and nature, and I enjoy bringing curiosity and creativity into my teaching where possible. I find that learning is much more engaging when it connects to real interests and the world around us, whether that’s everyday life, culture, or personal experiences.
My background in Psychology has also influenced the way I think about learning, motivation, and communication. I am interested in how people think and learn differently, and I try to bring that understanding into a patient and supportive approach.
Outside of teaching, I am currently studying acupuncture, which reflects my interest in health, balance, and working closely with people in a meaningful and practical way.

I am an experienced ESL teacher with 4 years of experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults from beginner to advanced levels.
I hold a degree in Psychology, which has given me a strong understanding of how people learn and the importance of adapting lessons to different learning styles and needs. I create a supportive, engaging environment where students feel comfortable building their confidence in English.
My teaching approach is communicative and student-centred, focusing on real-life language use through conversation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and listening activities. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether they want to improve their speaking skills, prepare for exams, or use English for work, travel, or everyday life.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults of all levels.
