About Daria
As an ex-gymnast and ex-pole vaulter, I fell in love with exercise from a young age and since then have decided to dedicate my career to sharing my passion for fitness. I am half Russian, half Mexican, and have lived in Mexico, India, and France. I have worked as a personal trainer in Paris and Mexico City, and also in renowned studios in Mexico such as T3mplo and Wolf Terrace.
Currently I'm competing in calisthenics in the elite level. Ergo, many clients have hired me specifically to learn calisthenics skills.
I am fluent in Spanish, English, Russian, and French.

How I Work:
The first session is complimentary, allowing us to get to know each other and for me to evaluate your fitness level. During this session, you can also decide if you feel comfortable working with me. The initial session will be general (unless you have specific requests); I will observe which exercises you are comfortable with, assess your level, and discuss your health history and fitness goals. If you choose to continue, I will create a personalized training plan tailored to your objectives.
We will work on strength, balance, flexibility, muscle development, coordination exercises, proprioception, fat burning, and more. However, my primary goal is for my clients to feel better and improve their health.
On my training sessions I like to mix different disciplines to achieve a more complete workout. I incorporate calisthenics, HIIT, traditional strength training, kb sport, and power weightlifting into my sessions.
