I am an experienced gym goer. I have experience in diet studies and muscle building. I have contacts with nutritionists. I have done in person personal coaching before. I am especially interested in strength and conditioning training. I have experience making programs for clients.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and adjusting to their needs and wants. I think the best way to learn is just to get in the gym and get working. With my advice and tutoring I will tell you how to perform exercises so there is no need to get nervous before going to the gym.
