About Jesmarie
Currently a building substitute teacher in a school district. Have had two long term positions teaching kindergarten. Have experience with grades k-8. Graduated college with deans list 4 semesters in a row. Always possessed a strong studying ethic and can pass that along as well.
Was recommended for the position by a friend and then fell in love with the job.
I have a bachelors degree in communications and have worked as a substitute teacher for about two years. Was recently hired to be a building substitute at a school district by the request of the principal. Have now had two long term positions teaching kindergarten. Would soon like to go back to school to become certified as an official teacher.

Getting to know them and how they currently feel about the work at hand. If positive feelings towards their school work, figure out a plan that will further enforce that feeling. If negative, figure out why they feel that way and use techniques that will work as positive reinforcement.
Kindergarten to 8th grade.
During my first long term position teaching a kindergarten class, I was told that they improved so much literacy, mathematically, and reading wise and that just filled my heart. I did so well with them I was asked to do another long term position for another kindergarten class.
