About Christina
I am arty and like to incorporate games and play into learning. I work with children with anxieties around certain subjects and take slow and relaxed approach to our first sessions. I think it is important to get to know children and make a connection as part of tutoring.
In my own time I like to make macrame art, hoola hoop, do yoga and make jewelry.

Visual learning and dynamic activities and strategies which cater to children with all sorts of learning backgrounds including ADHD. My sessions usually start with a short chat and catch up, an ice breaker game with toys or markers and a whiteboard focussed on learning, learning input, I do, we do, you do approach, speaking and listening activities, independent work, marking, assisted self marking and challenges set at different levels. Children can choose their own challenges to build confidence. I always ask to see what the children have been learning at school to plan in time with the curriculum.
