About Kareem
I want to be able to help clients, in more than one way. I've always wanted to help people achieve more than what life has offered them. I want to encourage them to achieve more out of life. Not just on the physical attributes, but on life changing moments, that will change their way of living.
I love what I do. Because it brings so much joy to help people achieve their life changing moments. Being apart of their changes, brings so much gratification of their major accomplishments.
I got started, when someone helped me achieve more from this world than I imagined. I was told that to achieve more, I have believe i can.
I am a certified Personal Trainer

I like to meet with Clients, to see what their fitness needs are. Then we talk nutrition, on what they want to accomplish with their nutrition needs, and desire.
I've work with all types, and ages. More basketball players, than football, soccer, and baseball. But I've coach all.
Be open to trying New things to get the results you want.
Personal Training, I've been training for years, and this past year, I've been able to work with some of best individuals ive ever been working with.
