Coach Moe has a great knowledge of basketball. His resume as a player was impressive and that's why I chose him to train my 14 year old son. His detail of basketball mechanics, from conditioning and nutrition to the fundamentals of shooting, have helped my son improve his game. He sees what my son is doing wrong and has a drill to fix it. After two sessions with Coach Moe I see improvement and will continue to work with him in the near future.

Coach Moe has been working with my 10 year old son for the past month and I couldn’t be happier with the positive results from the training sessions and the improvements I continue to see after every session! Thank you and we look forward to our session this weekend!

I have personally worked out with coach Moe in the past. In 12 weeks my vertical jump increased. I went from touching rim to dunking for the first time in my entire life. This was great training and would definitely recommend coach moe to athletes who are looking too increase their athleticism or basketball skills.

Very thorough and detailed sessions.
