About Audrey
One that thing is going to separate me from other trainers is my energy and enthusiasm. I will never ask my clients to do something that I can't demonstrate themselves. Basketball gives me joy and I want all my clients to have the same feeling that I do coaching.
I love the idea that I can be a small part of a kids experience with basketball and I want to make sure that experience is a great one! I want my players to enjoy themselves while getting better and getting a great workout in. At the high school level, I love preparing kids and giving them the tools they need to move up to college basketball if that is a goal. For younger kids, I want them to associate basketball with FUN!
From working University of Maryland's summer camps, the assistant coach noticed how great I interacted with the kids and my energy and hired me on staff the next year when I graduated college. I also had coached my younger sisters 5th grade team during the summer.
I am currently the women's basketball coach at New York university. Before NYU I coached at Stony Brook in Long Island and before that at the University of Maryland under Brenda Frese. I played collegiate basketball for 4 years at University of New Haven and won a state championship my senior year of high school. I have experience from 5 year olds to WNBA pros.

I want to hear from the player first and foremost to see what THEY want to get better at! The most important thing for me is that they are getting better every single time we meet and having fun while doing it.
I take a unique approach to each player because everyone's game is very different and needs different improvements!
Make sure you pick a trainer that best suits your needs and have the experience! One thing that is going to set me apart is my energy and my ability to do the drills with you. I'll never ask a player of mine to do something that I myself can't demonstrate.
