About Reiko

I played at a high level in college, and have been coaching for 6+ years now at the college level. I have trained as an athlete my whole life, so I understand the ins and outs of the game, but I also understand the mental part of the experience as well. My goal is to make sure that my students are learning, and enjoying themselves. I am open minded, and caring, and the relationship I build with the student and family is ultimately most important to me.

The relationships I am able to build. At every school I have coached at, I've had very genuine and close relationships with my players. I take a lot of time not only coaching but mentoring my student athletes as people first, students second, and basketball players third. Their happiness is very important to me.

I've been a student my whole life, I am still a student in every aspect of my life, and still learning on a daily basis. BUT now I also teach the game of basketball that I love.
