About Fernanda

I'm Fernanda, third-year Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering at University of Ottawa. I'm passionate about learning and teaching, especially topics related to structural analysis and design. An important characteristic of mine is that I care about my students' results, I care about their performance and I look for different ways to help learning for different people. Teaching courses related engineering analysis and design:

- Solid Mechanics
- Mechanics of Materials
- Engineering Mechanics

About the lesson

Having more than 10 years’ experience in tutoring many engineering courses, I can help you achieving the best grade in your courses. Currently, I'm teacher assistant at uOttawa and have received excellent course evalutation by students.
A main feature that I believe is important in the learning process is to first have a global understanding of the problems through fundamental concepts, and then practice. Feel free to contact me for more information.
