Deadly! He was very personable and knowledgeable about the foods we were learning to cook. We went over 3 different recipes in one lesson. Phenomenal teacher, gave expert instruction, even taught me to how to cut correctly with the very sharp knives . He was not afraid to point out differences between other recipes and explain the reasons why they might be different. He even showed us a couple cooking books that we eventually bought ourselves cause they are so useful.
