About Lavoria

Started teaching my daughter math with baking and measurements. Then a friend's daughter want me to help her make a cake for her mom. I taught her how to bake a cake from scratch and decorate it. She told friends, I had a class that was about ten years now.

I started out self taught and my Big Ma, then I obtained an Associate in pastry, decorating classes with Michaels and other local bakeries. I'm always looking at new techniques.
