About Holistic Chef Eddie
I teach healthy nutritional cooking. This is very important at this time where people want to live a healthy lifestyle. They are exercising or maybe not and leaving out the main ingredient to health, clean, good food. I have been working as a private chef, cooking for people in their homes and teaching healthy cooking techniques for 38 years. If you are by yourself, a couple and/or a couple with children it is so vital to set a good example for those close to you, ESPECIALLY FOR YOURSELF. I am very passionate about health and will support you in learning a healthier way of living or maybe just more information to the knowledge you already have. I also teach people how to heal their bodies from illness and have been connected with health institutes such as Hippocrates Health Institute and accomplished Nutritionists and Dietitians.
Watching people improve their health and get excited. I am here to change people's lives and this happens when people regain or maintain good health with a healthy lifestyle.
