We had a truly wonderful evening with Daniel for his Spanish paella and tapas cooking class. The class was held in a spacious, lovely loft in downtown la. Daniel gave us a memorable cooking class. As delicious as the meal that we made was, the highlight for me was Daniel’s outstanding teaching style and his deep knowledge of the cooking process. Things I’ve done in the kitchen for years without knowing exactly why….he explained. An outstanding education for any foodie or amateur chef. Once the meal was made, we sat down to a lovely meal.
