About Paul

Please do not reach out to me unless you are serious. It cost me $4.00 every time i answer a request. Please call me directly at (concealed information) to work out any details I will not be answering any messaages or requests for teaching. Please me mindful of how this works from the provider's side of things. About me, I enjoy the inspiration of ideas and sharing my knowledge with other like minded people. Most importantly eating healthy because food is life and life is love. I've been cooking for over thirty years from NYC to Los Angles and the Bay Area. I've worked with some of the best chefs in the country. I have my own business where we deliver organic meals as well.

I have a culinary arts degree from Johnson & Whales University . I have worked in the industry for over 25 years from coast to coast.

Deadly! Chef Paul is a superb and patient teacher. Today, I had my first lesson and we made a delightful salad and pasta. All the ingredients are sourced from local farms and provided by him. Wonderful guy to talk to and an even better chef!
