About Jennifer

Healing ourselves starts in the mind. We can heal ourselves spiritually, emotionally, and physically because we have the power to do so. Healing Through Food combines several healing modalities including reiki, tapping, meditation, and simple cooking techniques to heal the body and the soul. Our services are simple yet effective. Let us help you improve your life my improving your body.

I love helping other to learn to heal themselves. We all have the innate ability to heal, we just need to tap into that area of ourselves. It is my job to help you realize your potential and work to your highest good.

I began teaching as an assistant teacher for students with Autism and progressed to Lead Teacher 4 years later. It has always been a passion of mine to share my knowledge with others and teaching is something that has always come naturally to me.

I am a culinary school graduate with over 15 years of teaching experience in both public and private school. As a reiki teacher I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher under Master Teacher Lisa Powers.

About the lesson

The most important information is what skills you would like to improve and what areas of your life you would like to work on. Then we can create a plan that fits your goals, budget, and lifestyle.

I have mostly worked with children and young adults with special needs but have recently began working with adults.

Details

Cooking lessons start at $30 per hour plus the cost of food. Reiki sessions start at $25 for 15 minutes and sessions can be adjusted based on client needs. Healing circles, tapping, and meditation sessions start at $30 per person for 30 minutes. Group rates are available for parties of 5 or more.
