About Mitzi

Fresh start cooking teaches people how to cook in a fast, easy and convenient way using the right equipment and cooking techniques for healthy food preparation. We also have local cooking classes at our facilities or can come to your home. We also promote healthy cooking products for an easier lifestyle while promoting disease prevention.

(concealed information)

what I enjoy about my work is that I get to educate people on how to cook meals that will not only give them the maximum amount of nutrition in their cooked foods but I also teach them it does not have to be a hard or time consuming task to do.

I did not know how to cook nor did I know anything about health. When my husband had a heart attack at the age of 47 I was introduced to Saladmaster company and my journey of healthy cooking began.

13 years of experience.

certified by the physicians committee of responsible medicine for the cancer project. Food for life courses.

About the lesson

I am looking for the student who wants short cuts in the kitchen. The mom who is too busy or doesn’t know how, the person who wants to lose weight, fight heart disease, cut out fats and oils. As a Saladmaster Dealer, my goal is to help people to cook and eat in a way that will improve their health while saving time and money.
